Payment Plans and Options
Aesthetica Surgical Payment Options
Surgical Payment options at Aesthetica are designed to help you.
However, you must consider your own financial circumstances when considering what payment is suitable for you. Then decide what is right for you once you’ve gained full information and professional advice.
We do NOT provide financial advice.
To assist you to select the best surgical payment option that works for you we offer a number of payment solutions to help you.
Receiving your Quote
After your initial consultation, you will receive your procedure quote that will cover all the options discussed with your surgeon.
We will provide an all-inclusive quote, which covers the total costs of your procedure, including:
- Theatre Fees
- Surgery Fees
- Anaesthetist ( if General Anaesthetic is required)
- Post Operative Medication
- Pre-operative medical examination
- Post operative Aftercare
- Post operative treatments
- Skin rejuvenation advice for facial procedures
We also include implants and compression garments, when applicable.
Any tax, Medicare, or insurance rebates that may be available are also indicated, depending on your surgical procedure.
Quotes are valid for six months from the time of your first consultation.
Payment
Procedures performed under local anesthetic require a non refundable booking fee of $1,000 to secure your booking.
The balance is due 14 days prior to your procedure.
Surgical Procedures at a Day Surgery
A $3,000 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your surgical procedure. The balance is due 14 days prior.
We accept payment by way of:
- Cash
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Visa, MasterCard, or Eftpos.
- TLC
An Aesthetica Personal touch
Aesthetica Fast 8 payment plan
We offer short in-house payment plan over an 8 week period following your procedure that is performed at Aesthetica.
Unfortunately, this is not available for Day Surgery procedures.
This is to assist those who can pay at least $4,000 towards their procedure, and may require a couple of extra pays to complete the balance.
If you would like to use the Aesthetica ‘Fast 8’ payment plan we will require the following forms of Identification.:
- Drivers Licence (or some form of photo identification)
- Medicare Card number
- Credit Card Details
Your regular repayments will be weekly or fortnightly.
We will deduct your arranged payment from your credit card as per your signed payment agreement.
There is no interest on these payments for a period of 8 weeks from your procedure date.
However, after the 8 week period, interest may be added on to your remaining balance if it is not paid.
If not repayments are not received by the due date will incur late fees (further information will be on your contract).

Non-Surgical Treatment Payments
All our non-surgical treatments are also able to pay using Afterpay or Zip Money.
