May involve removal or repositioning of fat and skin to smooth and firm the under-eye area. Incisions are typically placed just below the lash line or inside the lower eyelid (a transconjunctival approach), depending on your anatomy.

Fine sutures are used to support healing and help minimise visible scarring. Procedure duration varies depending on whether the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both are being treated.

Aftercare and Recovery
Recovery can vary between individuals, depending on the extent of the procedure and your body's natural healing response. In the first few days, it's common to experience swelling, bruising and mild discomfort around the eyes — these symptoms are typically temporary and gradually improve.
What to Expect During Recovery
Swelling and bruising are most noticeable in the first 1–2 weeks. Stitches are usually removed within approximately one week, if required. Many people return to work or social activities within 1–2 weeks. Final healing and settling of results may take several weeks to months.
Aftercare Guidance
Rest and keep your head elevated as advised. Avoid strenuous activity during the early recovery period. Follow advice regarding eye makeup, contact lenses and daily activity. Attend follow-up appointments so healing can be monitored closely.
