Aesthetica’s RF skin tightening treatments, body and Facial rejuvenation and FaceLifter treatment uses unipolar and bipolar radio frequency modalities to heat our subcutaneous dermal tissue using various hand pieces emitting RF waves.
This technology causes the contraction of your existing collagen fibres, encouraging fibroblast migration and promotes new collagen growth that helps to tighten and improve the outer architecture of the skin. In short we help stem and reverse the natural ageing process of your skin.

What happens during an RF skin tightening treatment?
Before the treatment starts the treatment area is lightly coated in oil to make the treatment more comfortable and to increase the hand pieces surface contact with the skin.
There is little discomfort during or after RF Face skin tightening treatment. There is a definite feeling of warmth in the skin in the area being treated. The handpiece used has its own cooling module to help keep the treatment comfortable, and the operator can cool the skin immediately when required.
How many RF treatments do I need?
We recommend a course of anywhere between 6 to 9 fortnightly treatments (depending on the areas treated and your skin’s reaction to the treatment) for the most beneficial results.

When will I see results?
