Non-surgical labia reduction isn't a new concept at Aesthetica Image Centre. We've offered these treatments for over six years, guided from the outset by clinical research and evidence rather than trend alone.

Before introducing non-surgical options, our team followed the growing body of clinical evidence emerging from specialist aesthetic and gynaecological settings in the United States, where radiofrequency-based intimate rejuvenation was being studied and refined. The evidence suggested that, for carefully selected patients, these technologies could offer genuine improvements in tissue tone, firmness and skin quality — without the recovery associated with surgery.

We assessed that evidence carefully before offering these treatments to our own patients — considering the technologies available, the training required, and whether this approach would complement rather than compromise our existing surgical standard of care.

Offering a non-surgical pathway alongside our established surgical programme was the right thing to do.

For patients whose concerns didn't require surgery, or who preferred to explore a less invasive option first, this gave them somewhere honest to start. Six years on, that decision has been validated by patient outcomes and continued developments in the research. We remain committed to offering non-surgical labia reduction only where it's clinically appropriate, and to providing honest, balanced guidance about what these treatments can — and cannot — achieve.
